Infrastructure and Hydraulic Engineering: During large-volume concrete pouring in open-air environments, failing to continuously supply low-temperature chilled water allows heat of hydration to build up rapidly, severely risking structural cracking.
High-Precision Printing and Specialized Processes: Minute temperature variations caused by roller friction heat can lead to color misregistration. Meanwhile, for processes requiring ultra-low temperatures or handling aggressive media, anti-corrosion brine chillers capable of sub-zero precision temperature control are essential to ensuring continuous production.
During the inspection, the Central African client delegation toured the assembly workshop and testing center, focusing on dynamic operation demonstrations of our water-cooled screw chiller units and several energy-saving chiller models. On the test stand, the equipment demonstrated exceptional stability and low power consumption under simulated high-load and ambient conditions, responding with remarkable speed in both outlet water temperature and flow rate.
