Product Application:

This project is located in the high-altitude region of Aba, Sichuan, and was designed and constructed by our company at the end of 2025. To accommodate the heavy operational load on site, a water-cooled screw-type low-temperature chiller unit was selected. In terms of cooling system design, local natural resources were fully utilized by using a square cooling tower connected to high-mountain natural spring water for circulating cooling. Comparative analysis and optimizations were also performed on power consumption and energy-saving schemes. The core configuration includes 1 set of HX-240SLD explosion-proof screw chiller unit (explosion-proof rating Exd II C T4), supporting insulated water tank, and circulating water pump, stably providing a -10°C ethylene glycol aqueous solution. Our company provided full-process services for this project, including engineering design, equipment selection, on-site installation guidance, and system commissioning. To date, the entire system has operated continuously and stably for over six months, creating good petrochemical economic benefits for the client.
