For users' factories producing pellet products, such as feed pellets, rapid cooling is required after high temperatures. Various methods exist, such as high-temperature tower descent or assembly line packaging. However, high temperatures may prevent packaging and subsequent processing. Our designed air-cooled unit can directly cool the product by blowing air directly onto it. Furthermore, this air-cooled unit produces no condensate runoff in a fresh air environment; virtually all condensate is drained from the unit's drip tray, having no impact on the moisture or dryness of the user's products. It is particularly widely used in the feed pellet industry.
