The air-cooled screw type low temperature chiller unit exchanges heat with outdoor air through a finned air cooled condenser (equipped with an axial flow fan and adjustable wind speed). After the refrigerant liquefies, it enters the evaporator through a throttling device to cool the circulating water, without the need for a cooling tower or circulating water pump. Flexible deployment, can be installed on rooftops, outdoor open spaces, etc. without the need for dedicated computer rooms; Climate adaptability: Stable operation in environments ranging from -10℃ to 45℃, suitable for winter and summer scenarios in the north and south. Unique design features: The fan adopts an external rotor axial flow fan (variable frequency), and the outdoor protection has a shell with IP55 protection. It is rain resistant, dustproof, and equipped with a dust net (optional) design.

Designed around a dedicated semi-hermetic screw compressor equipped with comprehensive low-temperature protection, this robust system ensures reliable secondary refrigerant output down to -35°C. It serves as the ideal cooling backbone for critical applications in chemical processing, pharmaceuticals, food production, and plastics manufacturing.
